Best Hotel for an Ulsan Stay

Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Hyundai Mall down the street with excellent shopping and a McDonalds 5min walk away make this the perfect Shilla Stay!

Friendly staffs and decent conditions for all except the airconditioning. I woke up middle of night due to hot and humid climate. The room temperature was centrally contraolled set at 26 C/ 78.8 F. I was suffocating with hot and humid circumstance. I had to leave the room as soon as possible.

The bathroom was filthy. Tiles were dirty and there was MOLD on the ceiling. Walls were scratched, the doors were dirty. This is probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The fact that this is a Shilla Stay brand is even more shocking. I asked to change rooms and they showed me a photo where the tiles were still dirty and if that would be okay.
